Services Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are not applicable once the development process has begun unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
No refunds will be provided after the project has entered the development phase.
Refunds for subscription fees will only be granted if the cancellation request is submitted within the first 3 days of the subscription start date.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to negligence or circumstances under our control.
- Technical issues with our products that remain unresolved after multiple attempts to fix them.
- Clear evidence that the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the contract.
Non-Refundable Services
- Custom solutions once the development has started.
- Any additional costs incurred due to changes or enhancements requested by the customer.
- Third-party services or integrations that are governed by their own refund policies.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Send a refund request via email including all relevant details about the service and the reason for your request.
Allow 3–5 business days for our team to review your request and provide a response.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
